Ultimate Escape Day Spa is looking for an experienced, skilled, reliable and friendly professional to perform a variety of facial, body, and hair removal treatments. Knowledge of spray tan and makeup application is a plus!
The right candidate will consult clients, assess their requirements, perform a thorough skin analysis, make informed recommendations, explain services and assist them in selecting appropriate treatments in order to ensure their satisfaction, as well as be able to recommend specific skin care program and regular maintenance.
The right candidate will ensure treatments start and end on time. He/she will maintain knowledge of skin care lines and products in order to promote, sell and upgrade services and retail products.
He/she will ensure work areas are clean and tidy, equipment and every work area are sanitized multiple times during the shift and linens are clean at all times and changed after every client.
The right candidate will make sure that clients are treated in a courteous and empathetic manner at all times; will accompany them to and from treatment rooms; offer water, hot tea and hot shoulder pillow and will thank them sincerely on departure.
To ensure success you should meet revenue goals, maintain client retention, and build a solid client base.
